One of our recent projects was the construction of an automated ‘car-barn’ for a retirement village. Despite its compact footprint of just 30 meters by 12 meters, this innovative facility allows for the parking and charging of 108 vehicles. This means our clients can enjoy a much more efficient use of space compared to traditional parking structures. The automated system optimises the available area and provides a seamless experience for users, ensuring vehicles are easily accessible and ready to use. By integrating advanced technology and thoughtful design, we’ve created a solution that enhances the functionality and usability of the parking facility, contributing to a better living environment for the retirement village.
